WARRANTY

Type 1: LG Scratch & Dent

All our LG Scratch & Dent appliances come with 1-year warranty included in the price that can be extended up to 3 more years.

Warranty within 30 days after delivery or pick-up:

Customers must register their warranty online by themselves with our third-party warranty company. It can be done online at www.cpscentral.com or over the phone by calling 800-905-0443. The customer will have all the information required to register the warranty once the order is processed and the store invoice is sent to the email address provided. However, Appliances 4 Less Osceola will be responsible for any possible malfunctions during the first 30 days after delivery or pick-up at no extra charge for the customer. If our technician determines that the unit cannot be fixed at the customer's house, a replacement for a unit of the same model and condition will be offered. This does not apply for items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery or pick-up. In this case, labor and part fees may be charged before any reparation is performed. In case of any malfunction, the customer must call the store to report the issue and a service call will be scheduled if needed.

Warranty after 30 days:

If there is any issue with any of the units purchased 30 days after delivery or pick-up, the customer must contact CPS (Customer Priority Service) to open a claim. Each service request is subject to a $99 deductible. Call services include both parts and labor. Warranty exceptions may apply and more information can be found on CPS's webpage.

Type 2: GE AS-IS

All our GE AS-IS appliances come with 1-year warranty included in the price that can be extended up to 4 more years.

Warranty within 7 days after delivery or pick-up:

Appliances 4 Less Osceola will be responsible for any possible malfunctions during the first 7 days after delivery or pick-up at no extra charge for the customer. If our technician determines that the unit cannot be fixed at the customer's house, a replacement for a unit of the same model and condition will be offered. This does not apply for items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery or pick-up. In this case, labor and part fees may be charged before any reparation is performed. In case of any malfunction, the customer must call the store to report the issue and a service call will be scheduled if needed.

Warranty after 7 days:

All warranty service will be provided by GE Consumer Service Centers or by GE's authorized CustomerCare® servicers during normal working hours. To schedule service, customers can do it online at any moment on www.geappliances.com or by calling 800.GE.CARES, (800) 432-2737.

Please have the serial number and model number available when calling for service. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and any succeeding owner for products purchased for home use within the USA. If the products are located in an area where service by a GEA Authorized Servicer is not available, the customer may be responsible for a trip charge, or you may be required to bring the product to an Authorized GEA Service location for service.

What is Covered—If your Refrigerator has a total capacity greater than 6.6 cubic feet, Freezer, Electric/Gas Range, Hood/Cooktop, Built-In Oven, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Wine Chiller, Disposer, or Compactor fails to be functionally operable due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase for household use, GE will repair the product without charge to you, labor and related service included.

Type 3: Brand New Appliances

Each brand new product in box comes with a 1-year factory warranty. The customer must contact the manufacturer if there is any malfunction with the unit.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All our sales are final. Customers are allowed to exchange the product for a different one within the next 48 hours after delivery or pickup. In this case, the customer will be responsible for taking the unit back to the store in the same condition it was at the moment of purchase. In the event that the customer is not able to take the unit back to the store, our delivery team will do it but extra delivery and installation fees will incur.
